Terms of Service
Last updated September 27, 2026
Fight Ace is a free guide to learning and following combat sports. These terms explain what you can expect from us, what we expect from you, and the risks of training.
1. Who we are and agreeing to these terms
Fight Ace (“Fight Ace”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Dušan Tavić, Kajmakcalanska 33/3, Serbia. You can reach us at iwos.app@gmail.com.
By using Fight Ace you agree to these Terms of Service and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Fight Ace, and at least 16 to post in Fight discuss. If you are under 18, use it with a parent or guardian's permission, and only practise any technique under qualified adult supervision.
2. What Fight Ace is
Fight Ace is an index. It automatically collects links to videos, articles, news and community discussions published by others, and organises them by sport and topic. We don't produce, upload or host that content:
- Videos are played through YouTube's official embedded player and stay on YouTube's servers.
- Articles and news appear as a headline, a short excerpt and a preview image supplied by the publisher's own public feed, with a link to the full piece on the publisher's site.
- Community posts appear as a title linking to the discussion on Reddit.
Content is gathered and categorised by software, without manual review. It can be misfiled, out of date, inaccurate or removed at its source at any time.
The one exception is Fight discuss, where Fight Ace posts discussion topics and anyone can answer. Section 7 covers it.
3. Training and safety: please read
Boxing, MMA, kickboxing, Muay Thai, grappling and other combat sports carry a real risk of serious injury, including concussion and other brain injury, fractures, joint and spinal injury, and in rare cases death.
- Everything on Fight Ace is for general information and entertainment. It is not professional coaching, medical or fitness advice, and it is no substitute for training in person with a qualified coach.
- We don't create, check or endorse the instruction linked from Fight Ace, and we don't verify the qualifications of the people who give it. Techniques shown may be unsuitable, or unsafe, for you.
- Talk to a doctor before starting any training programme, especially if you have a medical condition or an injury, are pregnant, or haven't exercised in a while. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness or unwell.
- Train with appropriate protective equipment, under qualified supervision, and with partners who have agreed to it. Strikes, chokes and joint locks can cause serious harm even when practised gently.
- Never use techniques on anyone outside consensual training or competition, except as the law of your country allows in genuine self-defence. You alone are responsible for how you use what you learn.
You choose to train at your own risk. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for injury, loss or damage that results from trying anything you have seen through Fight Ace.
4. Third-party content, links and trademarks
All videos, articles, images and posts linked from Fight Ace belong to their creators and publishers, and remain their responsibility. Their appearance on Fight Ace is not an endorsement, and the views they express are not ours. When you follow a link or play a video, the other site's own terms and privacy policy apply.
Fight Ace is independent. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any promotion, broadcaster, publisher, channel or community it links to, including the UFC, PFL, ONE Championship, GLORY, Matchroom, Top Rank, DAZN, YouTube or Reddit. Their names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners and appear only to identify where content comes from.
5. YouTube
Fight Ace uses YouTube API Services to find videos and show information such as titles and view counts. By watching YouTube videos on Fight Ace you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
6. Using Fight Ace fairly
You may browse Fight Ace and share links to it freely. Please don't:
- use Fight Ace for anything unlawful, or to infringe anyone's rights;
- try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it, or get around any security or rate limits;
- scrape or copy the site in a way that places an unreasonable load on it, or republish Fight Ace's collection as your own service;
- suggest that you, or anything you offer, is connected to or endorsed by Fight Ace when it isn't.
7. Fight discuss: posting and community rules
Fight discuss is where people help each other get better at fighting. Anyone aged 16 or over can post there, without an account, under a name of their choosing. Pick a name that doesn't impersonate anyone or offend; names suggesting you speak for Fight Ace are reserved.
Your posts. You are responsible for what you post, and you keep ownership of it. By posting, you give Fight Ace a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and share it as part of Fight Ace (including in link previews) for as long as it stays on the site. Posts are public. Members' views are their own, not Fight Ace's, and nothing in a discussion is professional coaching, medical or legal advice.
Community rules. Help, don't hurt: argue with the take, not the person. Do not post anything that:
- is illegal, or infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy;
- harasses, bullies, threatens or insults other people;
- attacks people for their race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or age;
- encourages or celebrates real-world violence outside sport, such as street fights, unsanctioned fights or hurting someone, or organises any of these;
- encourages dangerous practices, such as extreme weight cutting, performance-enhancing drugs, or training or fighting through a head injury;
- shares someone else's personal details, or private messages, without their consent;
- is sexual, or graphic for its own sake;
- is spam, advertising, or links posted for money;
- pretends to be someone else, or to speak for Fight Ace.
Moderation. Posts are published immediately; we don't review them beforehand, but we act on reports and on anything we see that breaks these rules or the law. When we remove a post, a notice with the reason stays in its place. If you think we got it wrong, email iwos.app@gmail.com with a link to it and a person will review the decision. Apart from limits on how often anyone can post, vote and report, no decisions are automated. We may block anyone who seriously or repeatedly breaks these rules.
Reporting. Anyone can report a post with the Report option under it, or by emailing iwos.app@gmail.com with a link to the post and why it should be removed. We review reports promptly and remove illegal content as soon as we are aware of it.
Deleting your posts. You can delete your own posts from the same browser you posted them from. If that isn't possible (another device, cleared browser data), email us a link to the post and we will delete it. We may discontinue Fight discuss at any time.
8. Our own content
Fight Ace's name, logo, design, original text and the way we select and arrange content belong to Dušan Tavić. Nothing in these terms gives you a licence to use them beyond normal use of the site. This doesn't cover third-party content, which belongs to its owners (see section 4) or to the members who post it (see section 7).
9. Copyright complaints
We respect the rights of creators. If you believe something on Fight Ace infringes your copyright, or you are a creator or publisher who would like your content removed from Fight Ace, follow the steps on our Copyright & DMCA page.
10. Availability and changes
Fight Ace is provided free of charge. We may change, pause or discontinue any part of it at any time, and we don't guarantee it will always be available, complete or error-free. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed, and material changes will be noted on the site. Continuing to use Fight Ace after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Disclaimer
To the extent the law allows, Fight Ace is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Dušan Tavić will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from third-party content or sites, or from training or using techniques you learned about through Fight Ace. Because Fight Ace is free, our total liability to you for any claim relating to Fight Ace is limited to 50 euros.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, and nothing affects the rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
13. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Serbia, and disputes will be heard by its competent courts. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring a claim in its courts.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it.
14. Contact
Questions about these terms, and any notices to us, including from authorities and users under the EU Digital Services Act: iwos.app@gmail.com, or by post to Dušan Tavić, Kajmakcalanska 33/3, Serbia. We respond in English.
