What Fight Ace shows

Fight Ace doesn't host videos or articles. It links to them: videos play in YouTube's official embedded player, and articles appear as a headline, a short excerpt and a preview image taken from the publisher's public feed, linking to the original. Removing an item from Fight Ace doesn't remove it from its source, so if the content itself infringes your rights, please also report it to the site that hosts it, for example through YouTube's copyright process.

Creators and publishers: quick removal

If you own a channel, site or feed that Fight Ace lists and you'd rather it didn't, email iwos.app@gmail.com from an address associated with it (or tell us how to confirm you own it). We will stop listing your source and remove what it contributed. No formal notice is needed for this.

Reporting copyright infringement (DMCA notice)

We respond to notices of alleged infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), the EU Digital Services Act and similar laws. Send your notice to our designated agent (details below) and include:

1. your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is fine);
2. identification of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed (or a representative list, if several works are covered by one notice);
3. identification of the material on Fight Ace you want removed, with enough detail for us to find it, preferably the Fight Ace page address and the title of the item;
4. your name, postal address, telephone number and email address;
5. a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
6. a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on the owner's behalf.

When we receive a complete notice, we remove or disable access to the material promptly, normally within two business days, and let you know. Incomplete notices may delay action; we will tell you what is missing.

Counter-notice

If material you are responsible for was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to the agent above with:

1. your physical or electronic signature;
2. identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal;
3. a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification;
4. your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal district court for your address (or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which Fight Ace may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice or their agent.

We will forward a valid counter-notice to the original complainant. Unless they tell us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action, we may restore the material 10 to 14 business days after receiving the counter-notice.

Misleading notices

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly makes a material misrepresentation that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages. Please make sure the material is actually infringing, and consider whether its use could be fair use, before sending a notice.

Repeat infringers

Fight Ace has no user accounts or uploads; all content comes from sources we choose. We will permanently stop listing any source that is the subject of repeated valid infringement notices.

Trademarks and other concerns

Names and logos of promotions, broadcasters and publishers appear on Fight Ace only to identify where content comes from. If you have a trademark concern, or any other concern about content on Fight Ace (for example content you believe is unlawful), email iwos.app@gmail.com with the page address and an explanation, and we will review it promptly.
